I have 1 power point in lounge that has fan and light on one switch that needs replacing and three in the kitchen that also need replacing

Drywall has holes that need covering and painted. I have the paint and all materials needed. Only need the labour. Need to fix only the patches shown in pictures. If you bid more than the offer price, I have other patches that will be included for you to fix.

Need 8 down lights and 4 power points installed in a beauty shop in browns plains. Will also need a main switch created for the hallway lights as they are currently connected to the tube lights that come in standard retail spots. Each room already has 2 downlights so the additional 2 will be right next to the pair. Each room also has existing power points, will just need the additional PowerPoints right next to them. Need a weatherproof double PowerPoint installed on my patio in the next week or so. To be used for 10 amp plug and play spa and above ground pool sand filtration system. I am open to suggestions for the best solution and location of installation...also thinking of including more than 2 inputs incase of future requirements. I deleted my previous task so I could explain more on here and add photos. I need a plastering for a few holes and 4 walls to be painted for my inspection next Thursday. I do not have paint but however there is paint in my garage that was left here when we moved in, not sure if it's the same color on my wall. The first photo the wall don't need to be painted just plastering but the 4 photos after the 1st photo, it needs plastering and wall painted requested by the real estate.
