Rendering required for wall area of 1.1M x 2.4M, and a small section of the ceiling approx.1.1M x 750 - see photos, demolition still on-going but will be finished by this weekend. Ideally would like to get this done by Sunday next week latest, but sooner the better. We’ll have the room cleaned up and surface area prepped as much as we can before then.

Rerender and replace 6 cracked bricks

Looking for someone experienced with render repair and exterior painting to tidy up my front porch wall. The wall has some cracks, uneven patches and areas where the render needs smoothing before repainting. Job includes: • Inspect wall for cracks or loose render • Patch and repair damaged areas • Smooth and sand uneven sections • Prime and repaint wall (exterior paint to match house) • Clean up after job The wall is not large (small front porch area including front and side wall). Requesting an electrician to remove the pictured power point and the cable running along the skirting board and up the wall to the ceiling. Power point to be replaced with a two outlet unit to the left, connected back-to-back with an existing outlet on the other side of the stud wall. Additionally, swap out another similar 4 point outlet with a 2 point. No relocation required.

Need a plasterer/handy man to repair this hole in wall caused by towel rail being ripped off. New towel rail to be installed in place.

We have a small (400x400) patch of ceiling in our ensuite that needs replacing - previous contractor didn’t do the job property. Patch up must be installed and flushed properly

2m x 1.8m bathroom ceilin. Old ceiling is flaky so needs a new gyprock layer and cornice needs to be jointed and flushed ready for painting.

Plaster around a pre-existing doorway. Originally was a doorway, previous owner sealed the doorway. Now we would like to return the doorway to create a walk through.

Hi we had someone come and do a walk for us and they never came back. Need the flushing completed, as well as a small length of cornice supplied and installed.

We had electricians cut the wrong hole in our ensuite ceiling and need it patched up. I have the gyprock ready to go. It is only a small patch up - 350x350 Ceiling height is 3.2m

Doorway between living room and kitchen needs to be blocked off. Please quote for gyprock installation and painting both sides. Measurements = 110cm x 210cm.

New installation of 1 Power point

Have made a nook for tv to sit in on wall - now need this little nook to be plasterboard up and plastered. Above tv also needs some cornicing done, approx 3m. Nook is approx 1.5m*600mm. I have the board and plaster already, but not cornicing.

Need done this week. I have a hole in a gyprock wall - size of an orange - needs repaired and painted. I don’t have paint you will need to paint match for me. There is also some chips above skirting board I’d like patched too.
