Looking for someone to secure 2 toilet seat seats as well as changing swapping two door handles

Toilet seat is sliding around and not sitting level, needs to be taken off and rescrewed down

the drawer's knob needs to be re-attached or if you can please source one out that matches. one toilet seat would have to be tightened.

I need to replace a toilet seat but the metal plates from the old one are stuck. So I need an experienced person to remove them and install new seat

Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

I live in an apartment with a Fontaine toilet attached to the wall. One of the toilet seat hinges has snapped so when I lift or lower the lid, it's off centre and wobbly.
