I have two toilets with stuck screws that are preventing the toilet seats from being removed. The screws appear to be corroded or seized in place and will require some effort to loosen and extract safely without damaging the toilet or surrounding fixture. I am looking for someone experienced with plumbing or general handyman work who can come in and resolve this quickly and professionally.

I bought a smart bidet toilet seat and my old housemate put it in. We kept the old one and I’ve moved out and want to take it with me and have the old toilet seat put back in. It’s just a matter of turning the two handles underneath to get the seat off and will need a wrench to remove the double adapter from the tap and reattach the pipe from the cistern to the tap and then putting the old one back on with the two handles underneath. Should only take 5 mins. Preferably anytime from now to 1pm as cleaners are coming at 1. Price negotiable

One of the hinges of the toilet seat is loose. Need to remove the original screw (I cannot unscrew it as it is loose, might need to cut it) and replace it with a new one. Do not have the replacement screw. (Budget includes parts)

I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area.
