Remove old leaking kitchen mixer tap and replace it with a new one featuring ceramic disc cartridges. The final style of the new tap is yet to be confirmed, but it should be durable and prevent future leaks.

Fix leaking shower by removing tight taps and replacing tap washers. Taps are on very tight and difficult to remove. Replace washers and fill with silicon.
