I have new timber to replace existing timber on deck 140mm wide Merbau of random lengths. The deck is 7.7m long and 1.8m wide. Its a RHS steel frame, easy to install with standard decking screws

Few timber flooring mdf I think . Had water damaged need to replace I temporary put it back together . Around 12 boards . Don’t have spare floorboards at the moment .

Recently, a dishwasher leak from the neighbouring unit has affected the timber flooring in our home. Technicians came today to inspect the damage and removed several sections of the floor. The hallway needs to be reinstalled (approximately 9 m²), and a small section of the living room (about 1–2 m²) has also been removed. I have already ordered the matching timber flooring from Bunnings. I’m looking for a professional to complete the installation.

I have a pine timber deck about 3m x 3.2m which needs sanding back so that I can stain it. I tried to Gerni off mould and now it’s patchy ☹️

Need someone that can install timber flooring in the area in the photo (including under fridge). Materials are onsite. Some panels need to be removed as they are cut on an angle (see images). Not looking at putting underlay underneath however, the floor needs to be packed using the MDF boards I have onsite. Probably a days work.

Solid timber bed Need to service as the screw holes have widened. Not sure what needs to be done - but bed needs to be made sturdy and needs to stop creaking. Very solid and is already being used. Only want to fix creaking and increase longevity

Approx 30sqm of existing black butt hardwood decking needs to be sanded or scrubbed back to bare wood and then re- oiled , possible repair and replacement of some of boards as well

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.
