Fix engineered timber flooring scratches. The scratches are approximate as long as my index finger.

I need two damaged timber floorboards removed and replaced at a property in Mayfield. I already have the matching replacement floorboards, so no flooring needs to be supplied. The job involves: Carefully removing the two damaged boards Cutting/fitting the replacement boards to match the existing floor Fixing/gluing them correctly in place Avoiding damage to the surrounding boards Leaving the repaired area neat and level with the existing floor Photos of the damaged boards are attached. I am currently at the property doing maintenance work, so the job can be completed as soon as possible. Location: Mayfield NSW

Few timer floors are damaged by water. Need to remove and install new timer tiles of same design in brand new apartment. Total affected apartment: Number of timer tiles: 2-4 in each apartment: Tiles size approx 2-3 square feet. Please provide me quote for 1 meter square or 1 sq feet for installation and removal. Hi. I've got an old deck around the pool that needs replacing. I'm hoping the timber underneath is largely ok but I haven't opened up to look. There's about 250 lineal metres of I think 140mm. Can you let me have an idea of cost and time to undertake the work....and let me know your thoughts on what timber. NB The timber will need to be carried from the road, down to the deck area - and at a guess that's around 50-60m. Thank you! Peter

I have a small section of floorboards (380 × 680mm) that is open and needs to be filled with matching boards. I have the matching leftover floorboards ready to use in sizing 330x2100mm I need an experienced flooring/carpentry person to cut the boards to size and securely install them so the finished section is neat and level with the existing floor.

Holes on engineered timber flooring, need to repair. Pls help! We are ending our lease and need to patch these up, 2 of them still have the screw inside, they need to be pulled out, filled and colour matched with the floor. There are 9 holes in total.

I recently had a hot water leak in the laundry that spilled into the adjoining kitchen / hall area. At the time, all visible water was removed and professional dehumidifiers /dryers were used, so I believed everything had dried properly. I was then away overseas and have just returned to find that sections of the floating timber flooring have started to buckle/lift and gaps have appeared between some boards. Approximately 5-6 boards are affected. They also had a heavy piece of furniture pushing pressure onto it which may have contributed to the uneven expansion / shrinkage. The floors were already older / not in perfect condition, so I’m not looking to replace the entire floor. I’m hoping to salvage and repair the existing boards wherever possible. I’m looking for an experienced timber flooring specialist who can assess the affected area, including checking the timber and underneath for residual / trapped moisture. I understand the repair may need to be completed in two stages: initially lifting / removing the affected boards so the area underneath can be properly inspected and, if necessary, allowed to dry completely; then returning once moisture levels are appropriate to relay / reseat and repair the existing flooring. Ideally you will have a moisture meter and experience with water-damaged floating timber floors. The priority is making sure everything underneath is properly dry before the floor is closed back up, while preserving as much of the existing flooring as possible. I have ripped up all of the old carpet from four rooms but need someone to remove all of the staples around the edge of the rooms and clean the floors so they are ready to be oiled

Scope: • Thoroughly clean and prepare timber • Sand weathered/rough areas and provide an even finish • Apply two coats of supplied exterior Merbau timber stain/oil, following manufacturer instructions • Protect paving, plants, pool glass and adjacent surfaces from dust/stain • Include all labour, drop sheets, masking and cleanup etc Materials and equipment supplied including hand sander, stain and applicator. Please quote based on experience with Merbau/timber screening and advise estimated duration. Photos attached.

Multiple small gaps in floorboards , need small gaps filled with wood coloured gap filler. House is on piers- easy access. Easy job- I can’t do it as I’ve just had surgery.

The handrail has already been mostly prepared. I just need someone with the right tools and attention to detail to carry out the final sanding so it's smooth and ready for staining or clear coating.
