Outdoor timber stairs beside the driveway are damaged and partially collapsed. Several steps/boards are broken, loose or no longer properly supported. Looking for someone experienced with decking/carpentry to: Remove the damaged timber/boards Check and repair the supporting frame underneath as required Replace damaged steps/boards Make the stairs stable, level and safe to walk on Remove and dispose of the damaged materials Please see photos for the current condition. Sand and polish timber floors in a small 3 bedroom home. Approximately 75 sq meters of flooring.

Lots of scratches and scuffs on the floor and I am looking if it is worth sanding and polishing to remove them and make the floor last longer, or whether I get other flooring. Yes I’m aware that the colour will change slightly when sanded and that is totally fine :) Please see attached house plan. It is for all areas minus the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet

Our new Black butt timber floor was laid a few months ago and we need them to be sanded and polished. Floors have been laid in herringbone pattern. The job: * Sand the entire deck thoroughly and evenly * Remove the existing coating/weathered surface * Prepare and clean the deck ready for coating * Apply the lacquer/sealer supplied by me * Apply 2 coats as required by the product * Clean up all sanding dust and rubbish afterwards There are no loose nails or screws requiring repair. I will supply the lacquer/materials. You will need to bring your own sanding equipment and tools. Sand and seal the timber floor in a 16sqm room.

We several dark water stains on our timber floorboards which need to be repaired as part of an end of lease clean. The stains were caused by water collecting below pot plants and a long mirror. In the first instance, we are hopeful, some stains can be repaired without requiring sanding and refinishing. Looking for a professional floor expert to help us with this job.

Need someone to finish this timber flooring in the areas in the photos(including under fridge). Some panels may need to be removed (eg. Where cut on an angle) to allow for a clean finish. I have the flooring panels onsite. The floor that is concrete in photos needs to be levelled with the tiled areas. I have some 9mm boards made from MDF to cater for this. They need to be cut down and fitted before the timber flooring is placed down.
