As shown in the photos, the deck has heavy, uneven build-up from years of oil/paint, with flaking and patchy areas. This is not a light sand — it needs to be taken back properly and refinished correctly. Water damage to timber floor, need to sand and repaint

Install used engineered timber flooring to 3 small bedrooms - approx 28 square metres.

Water ingression causing mould on timber floor around 4 square meters. Need help to do water ingress check and replace timber floor.

The floor has become worn over time and needs to be sanded and refinished. The new finish should be in a colour similar to the existing floor, and the total area is approximately 30 square metres.

Replace wood decking 3m x 4m plus 3 steps

existing room is 7m by 3m with existing stained timber flooring, but 3x3m of this is damaged (see photo). I need the damage fixed and colour matched with the rest of the room. I think it needs to be sanded and then stained but let me know what you think. Timing is flexible.
