Water damage to timber floor, need to sand and repaint

Install used engineered timber flooring to 3 small bedrooms - approx 28 square metres.

Water ingression causing mould on timber floor around 4 square meters. Need help to do water ingress check and replace timber floor.

The floor has become worn over time and needs to be sanded and refinished. The new finish should be in a colour similar to the existing floor, and the total area is approximately 30 square metres.

I have lots of offcuts from a decking job that needs to be screwed on top of the existing timber frame. Some of the offcuts might need to be cut to size to ensure a clean and neat finish.
