I need someone to please do carpet removal of stairs rumpus 3 rooms and install timber flooring

Looking for a carpenter to replace a few sections of my timber decking in backyard. A few boards have popped up and need to be re-secured or replaced. I don’t have spare boards.

I have sanded front door back to raw timber. It looks lighter in certain spots and would like it to be similiar all over. It may need a light sand or use of a stripper product folowed by a few coats of a clear stain.

Need an installer - budget for installation only $10k. Timber floorboards will be supplied.

I have new timber to replace existing timber on deck 140mm wide Merbau of random lengths. The deck is 7.7m long and 1.8m wide. Its a RHS steel frame, easy to install with standard decking screws

Recently, a dishwasher leak from the neighbouring unit has affected the timber flooring in our home. Technicians came today to inspect the damage and removed several sections of the floor. The hallway needs to be reinstalled (approximately 9 m²), and a small section of the living room (about 1–2 m²) has also been removed. I have already ordered the matching timber flooring from Bunnings. I’m looking for a professional to complete the installation.

I have a pine timber deck about 3m x 3.2m which needs sanding back so that I can stain it. I tried to Gerni off mould and now it’s patchy ☹️

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

I need a skilled handyman or flooring installer to replace one rotted engineered timber floorboard near a main door (see photos). Details: • Only 1 board needs replacing • I already have a matching spare board • Board is at the edge near the main door frame • Task includes carefully removing the damaged board, preparing the area, cutting/fitting the new board, and gluing it down properly • You’ll need to bring your own tools and adhesive Looking for someone experienced with timber or engineered flooring to ensure a clean, neat finish with no damage to surrounding boards or the door frame. Need a floorer to install hybrid timber flooring in a unit. About 70sqm. Levelling will be done and timber is supplied. Just need labour to help install. Needs to be done on Thursday 22nd January in South Wentworthville. Early morning start.
