I would like the shower and bathroom regrouted in the same colour epoxy grout and mouldy silicon around shower based removed and replaced as per photos

Need to remove approx 40m2 of rubber carpet tiles and install new carpet tiles onto existing glue

Remove old grout, replace new grout and apply sealant around edge for ground floor shower. Shower walls are mainly fine, regrouting is for the basin. There is also a leaky pipe above plaster ceiling. Not strictly required but Preference is that you can also help tape or replace the pvc pipe (plaster will need to be cut/replaced). Can be discussed on site.

Tile bench top and splash back area of outdoor kitchenette with blue Kit Kat tiles supplied. Measurements are: Bench- 600 x 1150 Splash back area- 1000 high, 1150 wide, 550 deep. We will tile probably up to 860mm, maybe a little higher, to decide on the day. Front lip of bench top be tiled. Brass edging to be used, I can supply or tasker can if easier.
