We have a chipped, broken tile in the kitchen floor of our restaurant. I have a new tile ready to replace it. should be a pretty straightforward job, chip out the old tile, set the new one, either before we open for the day at 10am or after we close at 9pm

Master bathroom 2.5m x 1.5m needs shower and basin area to have anti mould silicone seal applied. Both clear silicone around the shower trim and white around floor tiles. We have removed the old silicone and applied anti-mould and vinegar produces and cleaned. Now need a professional to do clean lines of silicone to fill gaps. Also rerouting required to tiles around hand basin and in small sections of shower. Professionals only please.
