Install a track for a sliding gate and base for motor. Excavation and materials including reinforcement and finishing. No fitout or gate equipment required. replace the old opener with a new one that I have

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.
