Sliding gate motor needs replacing

Need to get a new BFT sliding gate motor installed at my property in Wooloowin in the next 1-2 weeks. There is an existing motor and rails in place with sliding track. The sliding track can stay in place but it will require new track to be moved to base level and installed on gate frame. Am happy for you to inspect in person. Thanks, Andrew

The sliding gate doesn’t roll smoothly, it seems to get stuck halfway and have to force it to continue sliding. It’s also very easy for the gate to come off track. Looking for someone that can work their magic to get a nice rolling gate again

Need a 8m strip footing (8000mm x 300mm x 130mm deep) for electric sliding gate. All materials and equipment to be supplied by worker. Can provide timber for boxing if needed. Will be 4m at 300mm across driveway graded as Gravel driveway and then 4m at 220mm and a small pad for gate motor.

Need a service on our Centsys d5 evo gate sliding motor, may require programming. Power going in, but cuts out when opening in manual mode. Non responsive to remote. May need replacing, but wanting to see if it can be reset/saved.

Recent misalinment has caused gear on motor to not engage with pinion on gate for first half meter, remainder (after first half meter) section is fine, i.e. both gears engage and work properly

Sliding gate needs recalibrating. Tried myself but cannot get it to work. May need to adjust gate contour / wheels scrapping rail. See photos See videos. Seems to be scraping rail upon opening. The motor is perfectly fine. Just the gate / track needs adjusting

Hi, I just moved into this house. My electric front gate is not working properly. It stays open and does not open or close by itself. The old owner told me they used their phone app to open and close the gate, but I don’t know how to use it or connect it. Fix the rail so gate slides correctly. Have missing piece and it will need to be reattached also
