Second option is to take all items & dispose of at local tip. Closest tip from Elanora is Reedy Creek Tip & Recycling Centre in Burleigh Heads, a 10 to 15 min drive away. Tip is available to residential customers (you can't be a local business). Likely job for 2 people unless you have appropriate moving equipment to get larger items like fridge & washing machine out by yourself. Appropriate size vehicle is also important, given information & photos provided. Access is pretty easy with no stairs. Combined weight of fridge, washing machine & dryer is approximately 165kg.
