There are small watermarks on the first floor plaster ceiling, leading me to believe that tiled roof my have some cracks. What's the best and most cost-effective way to fix this? It's a 2 story townhouse 4600mm wide - the attached photo shows the townhouse from the rear (in-between the 2 yellow lines). We have a downpipe from the gutter that seems to have come adrift from the drain. looking for a good plumber that can come have a look and reconnect it. I have managed to uncover the pipes. The white pipe doesnt appear to connect anything, cant locate what it drains, the main drain is broken and is wedged i to the concrete but accessible, hopefully the new pictures will allow for a more accurate quote?
