The laps/joins to the roof sheeting are lifting at the joins and require sealing with a flexible sealant and refixing for weather proofing purposes (see photos below). Please engage a Licensed Metal Roofer to inspect, give advice and carry out repairs Plus, I have noticed the roof is now higher than the guttering. I have been advised as well the flashing on the side needs weather proofing as well, as there are gaps along where it joins the roof. Also, I have a Stratco carport , it has been silastic along the roof where it meets the wall and may need some Byute Flash Weatherproof Tape as there is a light drip.
