I need someone to fix the roof another person has done. Unfortunately I can’t reach out to his person to come and fix and I can’t keep waiting. There a several leaks on the roof and also creates pooling. He was gonna come back and seal it properly and also lift it in an angle so water could flow. There was no joins Instalked between the panels just silicone. Ali looking for some kind of nose for the edges.

Neck between gutter pipe and ground is broke. , close to the ground ,just need to cut and replace . I put a picture up , please send me your offer

So clean up the spots pictured and apply rust kill paint as I instruct you , apply two new glue on patches . Its a split level house , access from the front is one story . Install Storm Proof Door Seal on back door: https://www.bunnings.com.au/raven-915mm-clear-anodised-storm-proof-door-seal_p4065379 The seal has been purchased, door needs removing, planing off the excess and installing the seal to floor and bottom of door.
