I need a qualified roofer to clean gutters and down pipes, pressure wash some areas of lichen plus check the general roof condition (potentially tightening screws, siliconing, checking/clearing blocked down pipes). The house has approximately 20m of gutter. Some appears to be clean while some has leaf litter. There are a few areas inside that appear to have minor leeks which could hopefully be fixed with silicon or cleared gutters. There is also an area that seems to be missing a down pipe, which may need to be installed. This is directly above a ground drain. Price assumes 3 hrs work. If the job ends up being bigger this could be adjusted.

Install underfloor insulation Batts, at private dwelling. Area 38sq.m. Will require lying on back to install but in well ventilated area. All Materials (Batts, securing tape, staples)and tools supplied. The Job-seeker is able to assist with passing materials, tools etc. Would suit agile handyman/woman. Should be doable in less than a days work.
