Hi, I’m looking for a quote to replace threes polycarbonate roof sheets in an existing Trimdek / 5-rib metal patio roof at my home in Capalaba QLD. The current translucent sheets are aged and brittle and need replacing. They sit between two metal Trimdek sheets. Scope of work: • Remove existing polycarbonate sheets • Supply & install new UV-stabilised Trimdek-profile polycarbonate sheet (opal or clear – open to advice), or just new metal sheets • Install foam infill closures, correct fixings (neoprene washer screws) and seal as required Access: Single-storey patio / veranda Photos: Available (attached) Please advise: • Price for supply & install • Approx timeframe Thanks very much

One roof tile is on top of my carport has a hole from a hail storm. The tile second tile is on the second floor with a crack in it.

Cleaning of roof, gutters and solar panels

Wanting to have our 3 bed 1 bath homes roof painted to sell. Roof size would be roughly 170m2 - tile roof. We are wanting a different colour either Woodland Grey or Monument to match our gutters not 100% sure what colour they are but I am sure can be worked out when inspecting in person.

Its just an inspection as there is no leakage or other problems with the roof. Just have not had someone have a look at it for a while please. I also would need a free quote as I am in the process of shopping for one at the moment.

Polycarbonate roof needs replacing

We’ve noticed a minor water mark on the ceiling of our house in Capalaba, which could indicate a small leak in the roof. Just a heads-up, it’s a flat roof. I’ll share a few photos of the area—I believe this is where the leak is coming from.
