"While carrying out the roof gutter cleaning, our tradesmen carried out a roof inspection and recommended that all the ridge cap tiles be completely repointed, as it has badly deteriorated and even completely come away in several sections. Please see below the photos our tradesmen took. Broken, cracked, or damaged mortar provides entry points for moisture and leaks. There is currently a great risk of internal mould growth, structural wood rot to supporting beams and joists and the broken or cracked mortar has also caused some of the roof tiles to shift and loosen."
