Hi, I have a single-storey home and during heavy rainfall we experience dampness in two bedrooms. I’m looking for someone qualified to inspect the roof, identify the cause, and carry out the necessary repairs.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images

I need a tradie to come look and find the source of a water leak in the roof. The house is a double story, with a tiled roof. The leak only happens during rough rains and winds which is probably how the rain is getting in. I suspect its happened after the solar panels were installed but they havent been willing to come back and check.

Our veranda roof at the back of the house leaks during heavy rain. The back roof is sloping towards the house rather than towards the outside gutter. The gutter above is discharging onto this roof as well, which in heavy rain can not cope with the amount of flow. We need to replace the roof sheets and pack underneath to provide a slight fall to the outside gutter. A new downpipe to the outside gutter to run along the side wall and into the existing downpipe has to be installed also. Happy to provide materials for installation.
