I’m seeking a roofer to inspect and rectify a water leak identified in a recent building inspection inHornsby. Our inspection report notes water ingress occurring at the parapet and roof junction, including: Missing or discontinued parapet capping, allowing water to enter and drip into the wall and window area Inadequate or missing flashing at the parapet/roof interface General maintenance required to prevent ongoing water penetration in this area I’d like to: Inspect the affected parapet and roof junction Install or replace parapet capping as required Install appropriate flashing to make the area watertight Fix a few small holes in the timber roof as shown in the image Advise on any additional roof-related repairs needed to stop the leak
