Water is leaking from the ceiling.

I need to have all old broken tiles and damaged tiles with repairs present to be removed and replaced in full with new then painted to match roof restoration.Up to 40x Marley reliance Marley major tiles to allow for foot traffic.Have up to 50x ridgecaps removed up to 40x caps replaced with new then rebedded and pointed ensuring weep holes are applied to main ridgelines.Have cut valley tiles cut back to allow a 100mm gap.
