Find a professional render contractor in Sydney

I’m looking for a professional to hang eight framed artworks in my apartment in Surry Hills. The walls are solid rendered concrete or masonry, so suitable power tools and masonry fixings will be required. The artworks vary in size, with the heaviest weighing approximately 3–4 kg. I’d like them carefully positioned, measured, levelled and securely installed, with minimal damage to the walls. I don’t have any tools or hardware, so please bring everything needed for the job, including appropriate hooks, screws, plugs and fixings. Ideally, I’d like the work completed by Friday, 24 July. Please only make an offer if you have experience hanging artwork on rendered concrete or masonry walls.

Patching of render wall and painting walls and front door

I have a few areas which need to be rendered and white set plaster applied inside my house. There are two areas around door frames, front door and back door, and one area next to some newly installed joinery.

I need two small areas tiled and a small area rendered. I have had a gas heater removed and I need the area filled in and rendered, looking at the photos supplied you can see the painted and unpainted brick work, both brick styles will have to be rendered to a smooth surface. They don't have to be painted. Some blue tiles were damaged in the process and will have to be replaced. Some tiles to go around the shower. Some cutting will need to be involved, but the areas are small. I have tiles, and I can purchase some grout, but I do not have other tools to assist in the job.

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

We had a split system air conditioner removed, and the approximately 8cm diameter hole has to be rendered. The air con was in the upstairs bedroom so the opening is one floor up and needs a tall ladder to reach. Thank you!

Looking for an experienced handyman, plasterer or remedial repair person to inspect and repair localised damage near a sliding door in a Townhouse in Marrickville. Issue: * Skirting/render area below and beside sliding door has deteriorated/blown out over time. * Likely due to moisture exposure around the sliding door area. * No active leaking, pooling water or major ingress noticed internally. * No soft flooring or widespread damage. Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint. I understand that after chipping away the render it’ll look patchy on the smaller wall, but that’s fine as it’ll be covered by plants. Exterior primer and paint to be supplied by you.
