Bathroom walls and kitchen splash back have both recently been prepared for rendering. Bathroom walls have been taken back to brickwork requiring approximately 10-20cm of render.

We have an approximately 50m² external rendered wall. There are no visible external cracks, but we are getting internal moisture in one bedroom after heavy rain, with bubbling paint. We are looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose the source of water ingress (render permeability, sealing, flashing, or other causes) and then recommend and complete proper repairs (not just cosmetic patching or repainting). Experience with external render systems, moisture ingress, or building envelope issues is preferred. We recently installed new doors removing the old door framework which has left an opening between the door and the brick, the walls are currently rendered and we would like to have this section covered up and rendered.
