1930s apartment recently rewired and chasing done on the walls and ceiling. Now need render, plaster and repaint. Minor damage to some heritage cornices too, but if complex, can exclude from the job / discuss. All up: 6 rooms of chased walls, 5 rooms of chased ceilings needing render and plaster, then repaint. Open minded about painting just being a patch job or complete repaint.

I’m a builder looking for a renderer to finish some unfinished work. My renderer has gone overseas and left me with no replacement, potential for future work as well if the job is done well. I have the front of the property that needs rendering and the garage wall.

1930’s home, double brick and textured render with large cracks in walls which open and close in winter vs summer. Approx 6 wall surfaces that need filling/repairing. Some cracks lead to gaps in the cornices too which would be good to address at the same time. Would need a flexible compound to fill the crack before patching render. Flexible on price dependent on skillset and extent of repair.

Hey Airtaskers, I'm after someone to come install as set of IKEA Skytta Doors over my PAX wardrobe (already installed). As per the attached image, I would like the wall between the wardrobe and the door to be framed out, plasterboard and rendered so the Skytta doors have something to butt up to. Remove grout, smooth the surface and render the wall. There are some parts will required to be filled. As the wall have been chipped when the tiles was removed
