During the course of cleaning, we were removing old double glaze windows and hangers for blinds. As a result these were all stuck on using silicon and industrial strength tape and when we removed these, the cement came off. Please note the following brief: - some of the cement render which has come off from the top part of the window is an 20mm thick. 2 windows affected. Others not so much. Photos are attached - I need the windows taped to protect the aluminium frame and I need all this damage fixed. - the edges 45 degree angles need to be finished off smoothly. - I require this done as soon as possible - I need a professional and licensed - I have painters who need to paint this so your guidance for drying time needs to be given please. - quality licensed person to do this . - work needs to be guaranteed and weather proof, waterproof. - I need sealed and primed ready for painting as well. Sealing and priming to be done by you - 2 windows: 1150mm high x 1800mm wide. - location: Homebush West. - photos attached. - every precaution needs to be taken to ensure this is secure and also ensure that the underside of the rendering does not drop off whilst drying or supported if need be. - if you would like to inspect before doing the job, I am available. - I need you to protect all flooring and furniture and ensure that you clean up after yourself and remove and debris - please specify your warranty period. Needs to be minimum 10 years

We bricked up a door and installed 2 new windows so will need the section of the wall rendered

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.

Demolition has occurred and bricks, concrete and render need to be removed.

Render has been removed from 15sqm of kitchen wall back to clean brick Low spots and electrical chases have already been filled with Dulux acratex acrylic render. Looking for renderer to render the wall in acrylic render ready to paint finish. Thanks
