We want to update our house facade by getting paint, rendering and Aluminium Battens / Panels (Wood-Grain Finish) done. This includes the front facade and outside boundary walls.

I have a small crack along the junction between an external rendered brick wall and the balcony soffit. Im looking for someone experienced with external render repair and exterior sealing/caulking to inspect and properly repair the area. The repair should address the cause of the crack and not simply be painted over. Please advise whether the existing sealant/render needs to be removed and replace, and use a suitable flexible exterior sealant for the joint if required. Looking for a render to render my front wall and compound gate pillars and cracks around house. Inspection and quote must prior to commencement.

There are several vertical cracks around the upstairs window areas, as shown in the photo. I’d like someone to inspect them, advise what is causing the cracking, and repair and finish the area properly so it blends in with the existing exterior. Section cut out of brick wall for gate to be installed. 2 x Vertical sides of wall approx 1.2m high and 0.35m wide need to be done . Bricks are broken/ rough cut so needs padding/ flattening before rendering.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting.
