We’re looking for an experienced concrete renderer, screeder or floor-levelling specialist to carry out light cosmetic patching and levelling on two existing outdoor concrete areas. Both areas are covered and protected from direct weather. The concrete is structurally sound but has minor cracks, surface texture and small uneven sections. The goal is not a full structural screed or mesh reinforcement, but to smooth and even out the surface so outdoor rugs or clip-together deck tiles sit flat and safely. ⸻ Scope of Work • Surface cleaning and preparation • Patch and fill minor cracks, dips and imperfections • Light levelling using a cement-based patching or feather-finish product suitable for outdoor use (or thin screed only where required) • Feather edges to avoid visible height transitions • Maintain existing fall for drainage • Cosmetic finish only

Painting required on faded rendered exterior. The job will require three coats of paint, with minor scraping and sanding in some areas (see attached photos). Please refer to the photos for approximate sizes. The walls are easily accessible from all sides. You can also assess sections of the roof (see front photo) to roll-paint some surfaces if required. The property is a two-storey townhouse, so you will need to bring your own ladder(s) to access the second floor. Paint and replacement rollers will be provided. The colour is a standard Colorbond colour. Timing is flexible.

I have an old door entrance that is already boarded up but needs to be rendered to match the house (see photos) plus 2 very small patch jobs done on edges. Needs to be done to match the house as well as closely as possible. Existing render was Rockcote.

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.
