Side of the yard needs to be cleared for a new shed to go in. Rubble and pavers need to go along with a 3x3m old shed. Shed has windows and doors removed and galvanised panels are held together by pop rivets. There is a fair bit of concrete rubble & big solid pavers that will need to go into a skip or truck and removed from the site. Access is easy, straight off the end of a cul de sac, no fences or gates and wide access from verge. Area needs to be levelled within 50mm for shed pad and flat at the back for turf. Sand can be used from the front of the site although it’s fairly even already. Total area for levelling is 104m2 See photos for more details.

I need a spa picked up from Maida vale and dropped off to east cannington. Access to spa at pick up location is easy. You can reverse right up to spa to load it and spa will just be unloaded on driveway at delivery address. I will meet you at the pick up address in Maida vale to help load and also help unload at delivery address. Dimensions of spa are roughly 2.4 metres by 2.0 metres and 0.800 high.
Great bloke, really easy going and does what he can to work in with your timeframe. I will definitely be keeping him on my speed dial for next time. Thanks again mate your a legend.
