Someone named mathew put in an offer saying he is a qualified plumber. So we assigned the job to him. He came and fix it. Unfortunately, we later found out that the plumber is not licensed and we have been scammed, so we are now required to obtain an invoice from a licensed plumber. We have raised a complaint with fair trading and airtasker regarding this. The work has already been completed.
