Hi, I would need help is fixing rain water tank. The tank doesn't have a stable base and is leaning on to the wall. The pipes are hence bend and leaking. The tank need a concrete pad as base and a couple of supporting clamps from the wall. Once its fixed stable, need to connect a new pump and re-align/fix the pipes. Spare shower is leaking because the hot water tap won’t turn all the way off. Looks like the cartridge needs to be replaced. You will need to provide the new cartridge.
