Faulty Davey Rainbank - looking for an expert / specialist who can fix it. Hasn’t had much use - it’s 99% using mains water and not tank water for toilets / laundry etc. see pics for model details.

Divert washing machine water supply from rainwater to mains. All outlets under laundry sink.

Rainwater Tank Disconnection & Removal - 5000L aboveground slimline colourbond tank - Wakerley QLD 4154 Disconnect all rainwater plumbing connections associated with the existing tank, including inlet, overflow, and outlet lines, to enable safe removal. Dismantle and remove the existing rainwater tank from site, including any associated fixings, stands, or connections. Remove and dispose of the tank and all related waste materials in accordance with local regulations. Mains Water Conversion Install new mains water plumbing to reconnect the existing rainwater supply lines to the property’s mains water system. Modify pipework as required to ensure seamless supply and automatic switching functionality is removed or bypassed correctly. All work to comply with current plumbing codes and manufacturer guidelines for water supply systems. Stormwater Redirection Re-route the existing rainwater tank inlet pipework to discharge into the existing stormwater system. Install a new 90mm PVC downpipe, connecting the tank inlet to the nearest appropriate stormwater connection point. All pipework to be installed with correct falls and securely fixed to ensure long-term performance.

We are getting some reno done in our kitchen and bathrooms. Need a plumber to connect the sinks, taps, dishwasher, fridge etc connected.

Move downstairs toilet vanity plumbing roughly 300mm. All pipe is wall mounted.

outside tap fittings drip, don’t work properly when connecting new fiitings. Can’t get old fitting off, not sure if the tap has to replaced? Install new hose fittings and hose, securely mount new hose reel on the wall x3 of them. Price needs to include everything so taps x3 all need to work properly with no drips and securely mounted x3 outdoor taps -fix x3 outdoor taps so the fittings screw on with ease and dont leak, may mean new taps or attachments? -attach new hose fittings and hose reels -securely mount x3 new hose reel mounts

I need 2 toilets to be instllaed in a townhose in Wakerley. Prefereablly I would like to get this job done before the scheduled carpet replacement date. I have posted photos of the existing toilets and pictures of the new toilet bought from Bunnings.
