Hi there, 1. We need a new garden tap in best accessible location at side of house between existing front and back taps. 2. We also need our section of pool overflow pipe reconnected accessible at surface. 3. We need two sink under pipes looked at, as they both slowly leak, one should be easy ring clamp and the other requires freeing up hot and cold feeds into one of those retractable tap end long taps.
