When flushing the water tank lets out water. Recently motor noise has become louder. Tank is 8-9 yrs old

New Dishwasher installation space under the kitchen benchtop is allocated, but has never been installed.

The pump inside my rain water tank is not working correctly. Despite not using the rain water for anything such as toilet flushing, the pump is constantly on and making a loud noise. I have switched off the power to stop the noise. It needs to be repaired or replaced if the cost is affordable, or i need it removed to minimize the cost.

When the shower drain is plugged, there is no water leak. Water is leaking when the water is going through the drain. So shower base is fine. Drain pipe needs to be replaced. The picture is taken from the ceiling in the ground floor. The shower is located in the first floor.

I screwed through the wall and damaged the pipe. Now the damaged part of the pipe needs removal and the fixed pipe ends needs to the joined together with a new piece of pipe. See pictures
