Scope of Work: • Connect Waste: Attach the sink waste to the existing drain pipe. • Washing Machine Provision: Add a provision/spigot for a washing machine outlet to the same drain pipe. • Connect Water: Connect the mixer tap to the existing hot and cold water lines. • Seal & Test: Ensure all connections are properly sealed, completely leak-free, and thoroughly test both water flow and drainage before finishing. What I Am Providing: • The laundry sink. • The mixer tap. • Note: All plumbing points (hot, cold, and waste) are already located inside the cabinet directly below the sink (please see the attached photo).
