The leak (front-sides : red circles in the photos) is seen when the toilet is flushed or even if the water is manually flushed from the bucket into the toilet. I did not see any visible cracks and checked the flush valve too. Might need to remove the toilet, re-seal the wax-ring and sealants around the base floor.
Chris pointed out the issue and fixed the issue.

When the toilet cistern is flushed some of the toilet paper and human deposit seems to divert to the piping outlet on the bathroom floor causing it to flood the bathroom floor area. In addition, when the washing machine is working the water flowing from the sink during the washing cycle directly impacts the flooding of the bathroom floor as well.
