I need a brand new kitchen tap replaced, nothing is wrong or broken I'm just changing to a black one.

Replacement of existing mixer tap. Changing from a Mizu Drift Gooseneck Sink Mixer to Brasshard's 11SL984CLF which I have already.

Already have parts just need install for filter and sprightly on mixer tap.

Have a leaky kitchen tap. Looks like it is just a washer for a mixer tap however i cant remove the alans screw to take it apart

We are looking for a plumber or suitably proficient handyman to fix the water pressure in our kitchen mixer tap. Both the hot and cold water coming from our mixer tap is running extremely slowly. We replaced the mixer tap around 18 months ago when the previous tap sprung a leak in one of the under-cabinet hoses from corrosion. Our replacement was like for like however since then the water pressure coming out of the tap has reduced to barely a trickle. The lines under the sink have lots of pressure as does every other tap in our house but for some reason the kitchen tap is terrible. Need advice on how to fix it or if need be installation of a new tap if the existing one is not fixable.

Im after a handyman or plumber to fix a leaking shower head which is coming from the taps at the wall I believe. The hose needs to be replaced, but this isn't causing the leak. Also have a toilet which is constantly trickling which needs to be fixed as well. I have purchased shower hose and head if required.

We received a report when we purchased the property that there was a leak, so an inspection by a tradesman was conducted, and provided the following remarks: Upon inspection we found lifting sealants, floor & walls separation, wall & wall separation, deteriorated grout within the floor, missing grout around waste / drain section, gap inside waste, where it meets the pipe, we suspect there will be gaps or missing grout below the shower screen, gaps between screen, shower screen track fills up with water, leaking from corner of screen, overall the above listed issues are allowing water to penetrate below the surface of the tiles, as there is moisture outside the shower area we can presume that the waterproofing membrane beneath the tiles has failed. Photos are attached for reference, requesting a quote from qualified tradies - preferably those that can do a bathroom rebuild and can fix/repair/replace possible damage to timber frame behind wall from leakage. Thank you! Will provide full reports provided by multiple tradies that inspected the property to deterime if you would like to take on the job for the price. Free most weekends for inspection. Repair grout and reseal a leaky double shower asap (happy to negotiate on price).

The house is a 2-storey home. The upstairs shower is leaking to the downstairs ceiling below. Not sure if it’s the pipe or the shower base that’s causing the leak

Shower has a leak and some moisture in the wall. Requires repair and will require you to have a waterproofing certificate.

Need to possibly replace washer(s) in the water shower tap(s) to stop shower leaking. Need to remove seal and re seal with silicone afterwards. Have replaced the shower head with new shower head so that is definitely not the problem.

Leak fix and replace shower seal strip. My shower door doesnt have a seal strip. I have tried a few but cant find the correct size (one that doesnt jam). Glass is 10mm thick. Also the shower is leaking into my walk in robe. I think the leak may be because the bottom water bar floor seal has a gap in the silicone. Please see photos. I think it’s the shower that is leaking downstairs. My regular plumber is busy until next week and it needs to be looked at asap. Also want a connection for a washing machine put in next to the dishwasher upstairs But the main issue is the shower that’s urgent.

Hi All, I Need a quote for below wor, I was provided a quote but it was very expensive so I am adding details what was included in quote We have been asked to provide a quote to repair the toilet and leaking water tank hose. To remove the inlet valve. To supply and install 1 x inlet valve and 1 x outlet washer. To replace the water service to the toilet with 1 x stainless steel braided hose. To leave the area in a clean and tidy condition. To remove the stainless steel braided hose to the water tank. To supply and install 1 x stainless steel braided hose.

Task 1- Toilet isn’t filling with water and requires fixing. I attached a photo of the toilet. Task 2- Gas oven requires disconnecting from the kitchen area. Photos attached.

The water keeps trickling and I have a feeling it is the outlet valve. I have already replaced the inlet valve recently, but the problem is still ongoing. Looking to have someone supply and replace the outlet value in the cistern. Also wanting the shower taps reseated Located in Adina Apartments - there is contractor parking if you see reception first, or 10 minute parking out the front. I have parked there longer than 10 mins numerous times without issues.

Toilet sometimes won't auto stop flow of water after button is pressed (physical button comes back up though) have to hit it again for it to stop.
