Need to cut pipe and block off

1) Need a PVC drainage system made along the wall for washing machine drainage water to be diverted to a drain at side of house Dimensions are : Washing machine outlet to edge of wall - 36cm wall edge to curve of wall - 59 com along wall - 137cm wall to drain - 87cm 2) Need to replace a bathroom basin tap, tap will be supplied 3) Repair a leak at dishwasher

Need the following work done: 1. Regrout and Resilicon shower floor approximately 105cmx130cm 2. Resilicon bathroom sink area between sink and wall 3. Resilicon kitchen sink area along one side of wall and benchtop. Please see photos below

We have 8 tap valves (4 taps) where washers need to be replaced. Need to remove them without scratching the paint.
