I need a licensed plumber to: Remove existing kitchen sink mixer and install a new Mondella Overture matte-black sink mixer (supplied). Install a Stefani Ultimate Undersink Water Filtration System with the supplied chrome filtered-water tap. Connect the filter to the water supply and make sure everything is secure and leak-free. As well as one mixer tap in the bathroom. Thanks

Mixer tap worn cartridge seal needs to be replaced and the sink to benchtop silicone sealant needs to be reestablished.

Gas hot water in bad place want to switch to electric

Aqua max electric hot water system making a clicking/ticking noise frequently, especially after using hot water. Only started after servicing and replacement anode.

I need to maintain my 1 bedroom apartment in the Perth CBD (address 22 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000). Firstly, the toilet water tank keep refilling after flush and it doesn't completely stop after water tank has been refilled fully. Secondly, the tile at the shower drain tray area needs to be re-sealed (old seal no longer working). Lastly, I have 4 fluorescent lights that need to replace the light tube (light bulb) but I don't have a step ladder to reach the bulkhead ceiling. See attached photos for the 3 items. I’m in a rental and the shower has a fixed ball-joint arm with no threaded outlet. I need the arm removed and replaced with a standard 1/2” BSP male shower outlet so I can attach a handheld shower + filter. No drilling needed — just remove the existing fitting and install a standard threaded shower arm. Please keep the original part so I can reinstall it when I move out. Budget $80

My toilet is blocked and I need it unblocked

I have a problem with the water temperature in my shower. It changes from boiling hot to freezing cold within seconds (without us touching the tap) The gas water heater is right on the other side of the wall, and there is almost no distance to the shower itself.

The shower head has come off the wall connection and needs to be fixed asap
