Closed couple toilet cistern is leaking from cistern and pan connection point. Toilet pan/cistern leak requires proper fix. Possibly require carefully pulling pan forward (it is in place by using silicone), tightening the cistern to pan bolts and nuts with new washers and putting back pan with silicone.
