Purchased a kitchen mixer tap from ALDI, need it installed (replacing an existing one). Hopefully just a matter of switching over and no drilling required. All parts supplied, BYO tools please.

Hot water isolation tap leaks so need it and cold one replaced .we have supplied mixer tap as we where going to fit it as it’s an easy job .we don’t have the tools or expertise to replace under sink taps

Shower has been leaking for a bit - exacerbated from me putting on a new head. Drain backs up and doesn’t empty properly - which probably caused the tray failure in the first place. Drain will empty properly when it’s just been blitzed with Drano - for about 2-3 days - then back to being clogged. Fear it’s probably a tree root or something - but floor waste seems to empty properly. Some other misc plumbing work to be done as well (small leak under kitchen sink, washing machine waste seems to dump directly under house, a few visible cracks in PVC piping along ‘services side’ of house). Will get you to inspect and quote on these while here. House is 1930s, on fly ash piers - reasonably easy access to services along single side of house.

Hi, I’m Looking for someone to fix my leaking shower screen. This would include the supply and install a door seal for the bottom of the shower door and and adjust installed fixings (shower door) as necessary. Please note, the gap between the bottom of the shower door and aluminum runner is very narrow, I’m not sure if a special seal is required, it appears that the standard bunnings seals may not suffice. Alternatively the door may be able to be raised. The aluminum runner installed on the floor may also need realigning or some additional glue as it appears to be too far inboard of the screen at this stage (however I’m not really sure). The Previous seal (now removed) which did not work is shown in the photos. Thanks! Sam - Due date: Flexible

some times the water doesn't fill up unless we jig the refill tube in the toilet. water pressure needs checking as our water isn't coming out stronger enough at the kitchen sink
