Shower has been leaking for a bit - exacerbated from me putting on a new head. Drain backs up and doesn’t empty properly - which probably caused the tray failure in the first place. Drain will empty properly when it’s just been blitzed with Drano - for about 2-3 days - then back to being clogged. Fear it’s probably a tree root or something - but floor waste seems to empty properly. Some other misc plumbing work to be done as well (small leak under kitchen sink, washing machine waste seems to dump directly under house, a few visible cracks in PVC piping along ‘services side’ of house). Will get you to inspect and quote on these while here. House is 1930s, on fly ash piers - reasonably easy access to services along single side of house.

Hi All, I am looking for plumbing quotes for a 1 bedroom unit in Jesmond. Proposed scope of works listed below: - Install new toilet - Install new floating vanity and basin - Install new laundry tub (either the Everhard 45L White Laundry Unit, or base cabinet with drop in sink depending if budget allows) I’d need you to source the right products from Bunnings or Ikea, ideally the cheapest options available.
