There’s a bad smell and possibly sewage or dirty water leaking from a sealed outdoor pipe next to the water heater at my property. It looks like a capped-off inspection or overflow drain, but something is backing up and causing it to overflow.

Requiring re plumbing of external water pipe work, approx 25m piping to be reconnected to sawed off point of source pic 1. Existing external pipe work was stollen and cut off at point as well at wall cavity, at bathroom, kitchen and toilet.second pic is the access point to bathroom. Currently there is no ceiling so accessing all the points of connect should not be an issue. Will require installation of wall water heater also. Needs fixing it got ran over

Turning tap for changing from small to big shower head came off and now it flows with both on Bunnings said the Grab screw needs tightened it should be a easy fix I tried myself but I can’t do Maybe needs a new screw

We need to fix water leakage under the sink. You need to remove the tiles and prob replace the under arm. And paste the tiles back.

Tenant is having issues with drains over the weekend, where draining the bath it will make the toilet water rise to the top, full flush fills the toilet and a half flush has it rise but not as bad.
