Shower makes loud vibration sound in wall when other taps are being used or randomly goes off when not used

Wanting quotes on how much it will be to fix the leak on this connector. Connector is only 4 months old and can't get in contact with the plumber who fitted it then.

Every time we turn on the kitchen tap we have a loud hammering noise. We have tried to turn off the mains and turn on all the tap a few times helps a little it comes back. Just need to find out how much it will cost to fix.

My toilet cistern keeps refilling after flushing. The water level rises above the sensor/float and doesn’t stop, causing water to continuously flow into the toilet bowl. If I turn off the inlet valve and then turn it back on, the water level goes back to normal and it stops leaking — but the problem comes back again after flushing. Looking for a handyman or plumber to inspect and fix the issue.
