All the toilets on the upstairs level of my house aren’t flushing properly – water doesn’t fully go down. Taps and valves work fine, and I’ve already cleaned out the bathroom sink pipe. I suspect there’s a partial blockage in the sewer or drain line affecting all upstairs toilets. Shower is leaking even when turned off

My bathroom shower and it’s tap is leaking and my hot water system pipe has a hole and it is leaking . Request give me a quote and let me know when you can fix this? All relevant photos are attached

Hi team, The task is to fix the following: 1) fix blocked toilet, the water flashes away slowly. Most likely kids has flashed an object, will need the high pressure jets blast it. Also, when flashing the toilet, there is a small leak between the tank and the toilet seat. Most likely just needs a washer. See photos. 2) for a second toilet, no water is coming to the toilet tank. 3) remove / replace rusted bolts and current bolts for all four toilets. And adjust tank. During the laundry renovation, the old wall tiles were removed and now the gap between the sink tap and the wall is almost 10cm. Looking for a plumber who can help to reduce the gap. It's a tap with separate hot and cold assemblies(see image attached)
