Hi, I need a plumber / handyman to replace a seized mini stop tap (isolation valve) next to my toilet. The handle has come off and the spindle won’t turn, so I can’t shut the water off at the fixture. It likely needs to be replaced entirely. Scope of work: • Turn off main water supply • Remove existing mini stop tap • Supply and install new isolation valve • Reconnect flexible hose • Test for leaks Further to this, the toilet supply pump needs to be replaced. Bathroom tap slowly leaking

Pretty easy job to just replace a dripping outdoor tap. Also, need a dishwasher connected at the same house. Dishwasher is brand new and in place, just needs to be plugged in and connected to the water outlet. (I’d do it myself but i’m not there)

I have removed the cistern and have a replacement outlet valve to be installed. The lock nut is stuck. Additionally the tap to film the cistern has also started dripping. I have a replacement tap to be installed. I expect with the right tool to remove the lock nut that it is about a 20 minute job.
