A new pan has been put in by handyman. We have not used it yet, but there is a smell coming from the toilet. We would like the smell to be fixed. Seems like the handyman has not put the rubber properly. We can negotiate a final price when you accept the offer. Need someone who knows what to do to eliminate the smell. Happy to get new rubbers if required, but everything new was placed in when it was installed.

Service 5 sets of taps (hot and cold) at my house. Service includes machine the brass combination and replacing “O” rings, washers, valves. Grease the taps and seal where required. All the taps are similar. One set of taps need to be replaced (I’ll provide new set of taps)

Require a plumber to come and inspect a water leak. I believe you will need a camera to see as we have opened the wall, but cannot see any water . Its coming from upstairs in the downstairs ceiling and drops down. This does not happen al;l the time, but at times. Not sure where it comes from.

Shower: to move left onto the other wall and set up for a mixer Bath: wanting it to be a mixer and moved a bit to the right for a different size tub. Basin: wanting it to be set up for wall mount so the spout and mixer come out of the wall. The drainage can stay where it is for now. - Due date: Before Friday, 21 July 2023
