Scope of work: • Replace existing hot/cold taps with a single in-wall mixer (Mondella Rococo – supplied) • Install exposed shower rail system (overhead + hand shower) (Mondella – supplied) • Cap/decommission bath taps and spout • Allow for any required wall chasing (masonry) Important requirements: • Shower must remain fully operational after completion (this is a “poor man’s reno” so I still need to use it until wall panels are installed) • Installation must be set up ready for a future 10mm wall panel install (correct depth/positioning) This is a budget / practical renovation: • No tile repair required • No finishing required • Just needs to be installed correctly and usable Current situation: • Wall already partially stripped • Existing plumbing visible (see photos) Materials supplied: • Mondella Rococo shower mixer • Mondella exposed shower rail system Budget: Target around $600 – open to reasonable quotes depending on scope
