Broken 100 MM PVC sewer pipe. mounted under slab at 1.5 meter High. the damage is to around a 2 meters and a 45 degree elbow. also must redo around 5 saddles along the 15 meter pipe run. Must use Galvanised heavy duty saddles.

Hi, I’m a large middle aged man and need help connecting the washing machine to the hot and cold water taps under the sink in a brand new apartment. The hoses are long enough, however the taps are in an awkward position which needs someone more flexible than I to reach them. They also have metal caps as per photo that need to come off to attach hose and I just can’t reach well enough it’s too small for me.

Plumber to remove redundant Birko boiling water unit from office kitchen and ensure sink taps and zip function after removal. Then need a basic check of the office female toilet as some water on the tiles near the water input, may just need new washer/sealing.

Hi, I need a plumber or handyman to help with a few issues around the house: 1. Toilet Issue – The toilet can flush, but it keeps pumping water non-stop and doesn’t shut off properly. It’s constantly flowing water into the bowl (see photo). 2. Bathroom and outdoor Taps – taps in two bathrooms and my garden are leaking and need to be repaired or replaced.
