Hi, I need a plumber or handyman to help with a few issues around the house: 1. Toilet Issue – The toilet can flush, but it keeps pumping water non-stop and doesn’t shut off properly. It’s constantly flowing water into the bowl (see photo). 2. Bathroom and outdoor Taps – taps in two bathrooms and my garden are leaking and need to be repaired or replaced. Photos are attached for reference.

Need to cut and install a base under kitchen sink cupboard. Hot water tank was pulled out to be replaced and noticed the base had rotted away from water damage. Pulled out old base. Need to have a new one made and installed.
