We need someone to determine if the problem is related to: A simple hose connection issue, A more intricate plumbing problem, or A servicing requirement. Airconditioner is dripping water and the pipe needs to be flushed. Pipe is in my walk in cupboard and accessible. I know where and what to do I just cannot do it myself.

Drains located located under pavers appear to be leaking as there is a lot of moisture particularly after rain.

Connect a square pit drain to a 150mm stormwater pipe (near pool)…. In the photo, the square pit drain is above where the 150mm stormwater pipe is…. There is probably a foot of soil to dig up to expose the pipe (I can do the digging) And, connect a pipe to channel water run off from a newly installed strip drain (by pool) to feed in to a massive storm drain … this massive drain is less that 1m or from the end of the strip drain. (ee photo) Will need to supply pipe/connections, but I have the strip / pit drains - Due date: Before Friday, 28 October 2022

Removal and disposal of old 315l hot water tank that has been uninstalled. Needs to be today.
