We have a kitchen install happening next week. I am after a plumber to install an under counter tap for mixer and rough in the waste pipe. There is water immediately nearby and open access to the floor beneath. The waste pipe needs to be plumbed into existing, which is only a couple of metres away. The wall in the photo shows the plumbing for the bathroom on the other side and also shows in the foreground the location of the existing waste.

Karcher K3 is leaking water from under machine

Toilet flush water tank creates a vacuum/ suction sound while re-filling the water after use. Refer the photos for further details. Tried cleaning with Vinegar and bleaching power but no use. Any plumbing expert who can explain the reason and fix this? we are okay to replace any parts if required, but no trial and error/ experimenting please.
