Don’t know how to connect hoses and hot water

During pre purchase inspection the building inspector mentioned: A water leak is suspected in this area as excessive moisture was detected at the time of inspection. Another potential cause maybe moisture ingress behind the tiles from around the wall fittings and penetrations. their potential causes include damage to plumbing fittings and fixtures, through to water damage and deterioration of associated building elements. Do I need to do any further checks before purchasing property? How much it costs? How much it costs for rectification? Note: The building has been built in 1985, but the bathroom has been renovated 10 years ago. Note: I am not sure if it has anything to do with the bathroom waterproofing system. Probably need to do a pressure test

I need to check the drainage system of the house I am buying. Specially in the backyard. You may need to do a video survey inside the pipes

Still haven’t found someone to install. If anyone is qualified to fit gas. Need this job done asap. Currently have an induction stove there but wish to replace with this gas cooktop. The gas outlet is there behind the stove, the circuit is there and we need a 10 amp switch put there. In the pictures you can see the current circuit under the current induction stove we have this is what we wish to change into a 10 amp switch in the next cabinet. In the third picture. You can see the gas outlet which is under the oven.

Need a skilled handyman or landscaper to dig on either side of the footpath and run a pvc pipe under the footpath so I can run irrigation to my garden. I will do all the irrigation set up and connection, I just need someone skilled and with the right tools to run the pvc pipe under the footpath for me.
