Looking for a plumber to check water leak at my property. I also need quote to replace a vanity.

Hi, we’re building a granny flat and are looking for an experienced, licensed plumber with current indemnity insurance to complete the plumbing work. We need someone who can start urgently. The plumbing needs to be connected to the existing dwelling. All connections are already in place and located approximately one metre from the granny flat. The floor plan and plumbing layout are attached for reference. Please provide your quote, and we’ll proceed from there. Before accepting the plumbing offer I need someone to inspect the area and give me a realistic quote.

Leaking hot and cold tap in shower and mixer tap in the kitchen

Hi! Kitchen taps are hard to close, meaning there is still dripping. Washers need replacing.

Toilet flush tank not flushing properly

1) Toilet flusher tank semi blocked. 2) Need replacing vanity in bathroom.

Shower drain seems to be blocked. Draining very slowly. Need plumber. I tried to use a pipe cleaner but didn't work. Please work quietly as a shift worker will be in a room sleeping

Kitchen sink blocked drain clean

Supply and replace existing plastic cistern with ceramic one. Supply and replace existing shower and hand basin taps with silver ones.

The main bathroom shower head is leaking and during hot showers, the water continues to run without stopping. Additionally, the tenants have observed that when the kitchen tap is turned on, water begins to leak from the main bathroom shower and as a result of these issues, have had to shut off the water supply for hot water.

Toilet needs to be fixed. - Doesn't seem to fully flush - Slight leak every now and again - Smells occasionally (unsure if this is related to the slight leak)
