Shower and kitchen water does not go down the drainage pipe. It comes upward the outlet well in the backyard. FYI, SAME THING HAPPENED BEFORE. That time a plumber used A MANUAL BUT BIG SNAKE AUGER going downward the outlet well in the garden backyard. He PULLED UP A FIST OF FEMALE LONG HAIR and that's it, problem solved. Simple task took the folk 15 minutes to unclog it that time. House on ground floor. Shower water inlet in house and outlet well only a wall apart.

I have a hot spring spa that is approximately eight years old and in very good condition however there is a small leak - water inside goes down and Water leak comes out through the bottom. Panels need to be removed to be able to see where the leak is from and fixed. Thanks!

Living in an old house and the shower taps for hot and cold are very sensitive, heat comes in bursts and is not consistent. Recently had a new gas Hot water system installed but everything else is quite old.
