Sewer and water to a modular bathroom unit. Bathroom has sink shower and toilet. Also want to install instant gas hot water unit. Have natural gas in the home. Sewer pipe runs below unit as shown in picture. Water is from other side of house probably need to go through the ceiling from the kitchen.

Unblock ORG sewerage drain. The overflow drain blocked has sewerage water come out when flush toilet inside the house.
