I need some assistance water proofing my shed. Water comes in from one side under heavy rain. Side panels of shed appear to be rusted along the bottom. My kitchen has two sinks, and water fills up in both and takes time to go down.

I’m having trouble with my shower faucet (cross handle type). Even when I turn it off as tightly as I can, water still leaks out. How can I fix this issue? The faucet keeps dripping no matter how hard I close the handle.
