Plumber to change mixer tap for shower. Only the tap needs to be done

A couple of jobs required in ground floor apartment. 1. Disconnect older gas cooktop(westinghouse 4 burner) and connect a new one(smeg 4 burner) . 2. Raising copper pipe into the ceiling cavity, currently runs about an inch below the ceiling line, in a section of old doorway. See attached picture, the pipe turns down 350mm to the right of the photo first, which then connects to kitchen in room adjacent. Pipe runs behind render so some chasing and possible bending if required. 3. Take a look at a waste pipe from above, see if it can be neatened etc(confirm price for this, and others on site is probably best). Cheers

Shaky tap in the kitchen. Needs changing.

New gas stove top is same size so a new hole doesn’t need to be cut, just need someone qualified. Ideally done 2moro, preferably not early morning. Thanks! P.s. if you’re a licensed plumber would love a new valve installed so that we don’t have to turn off gas to the whole complex to install.

I am wanting a registered plumber to put in a sink and tap. We have, as part of the backyard renovation, had a built-in outdoor kitchen/barbecue done. Fittings for the sink and tap were done awhile ago as part of the process and we are now due to have the sink and tap put in. Unfortunately the person who did the initial work is not available till next week and we are very keen to have this done as soon as possible, today would be great. I have added pictures and am hoping that this gives a clear idea of the scope of the work. I’m assuming it’s all well set up and an easy job, but I’m afraid I can’t be sure of this. I’m assuming its simplicity (or lack thereof) is based on how well the initial works were done. Would love to be able to get someone today. I have the tap and sink sitting here.

The current tap ( hose is leaking somewhere) , already bought a new one. Need a plumber to replace the the kitchen tap.

Installation required for 60cm Haier oven with one plug required. Additionally, require the gas 60cm cooktop to be replaced with a Haier gas cook top. Photos of new products attached. Change 5 clamps (need to bring clamps) on plumbing pipe (3 small, 2 bigger). I have a ladder that can be used but I need someone familiar with these clamps as I don’t have them.

De install existing gas cooktop (3 burner) and install new gas cooktop (1 burner) They are both exactly the same size. Existing one is a 3-gas-burner, new one is 1-gas-burner and 2 induction plates. A new 15AMP socket for the induction has been installed already.

Install washing machine - connect to taps. One already fitted

There’s water dripping from underneath the kitchen sink. It’s either to hot or cold water pipe. The water isn’t dripping heavily, just drop by drop. Needs to be fixed immediately
