Repair a broken water pipe that was broken with a pick when digging a hole. Pipe is exposed with easy access so a quick easy job - looks like a 25mm poly pipe so just needs a joiner to repair

Purchasing a home, Main bathroom has had high moisture reading at B&P inspection, wet section under subflooring, possibly no waterproofing or compromised. I had a tiler/waterproofer quote on his work now l need a builder to quote of the framework.

My Miele dishwasher has stopped working and the inlet/drain light illuminates. The drain is clear so I think the inlet is the problem. I can’t turn off the stopcock to investigate further so it may need replacing
