There’s a water patch (it’s wet) in my master bedroom right at the bottom of the wall that’s adjoining the ensuite bathroom. The bath is also next to it. I got a plumber to come and have a look. He checked the water pressure and put some sealing onto the shower knobs but it’s still leaking somehow. I need someone to come fix it.

I have seen boyfriends do it at every new place we lived in - happy to pay for the part and you just install, happy to pay for you to supply and install if that’s how you prefer to operate. Budget for the shower hardware is $200 max ##4 Fix the bath drain so it holds water see pictures ##5 Replace the mixer tap in the kitchen or make it better whatever needs doing its shizenhausen too. ## 6 Silicone where it needs it around the shower and bath edges etc thanks see pictures
